How to make an alcohol-free spritz: a 3-2-1 builder for bitter, sweet and fizz

Most alcohol-free spritzes taste like orange squash with soda in it. The fix is proportion, not a fancier bottle.

This piece explains the common 3-2-1 spritz (sparkling base, bittersweet aperitif, soda), why bitterness does the work alcohol usually does, and how to bend the spec drier, bitterer or longer. A builder lets you drag the three pours and see the ratio, the balance and the batch quantities in ml or oz.
